News & Important Information
NSW Police will not attend Hold Up or panic Alarm activations unless the premise has a hold up button that complies with their guidelines. When dispatching police to an alarm ACI Security Solutions will confirm that the hold up button installed at your premises complies as stated below.
"A reported 'hold up' alarm must (A) relate to a Schedule 1.1 customer and (B) must have installed a purpose manufactured security activation device that can only be triggered by two (2) deliberate, independent actions in order to avoid accidental activations."
It is recommended that you have your hold up button replaced to meet the above compliance Schedule. ACI Security Solutions can replace your existing hold up button for $55 inc GST or install a new one to comply with the Schedule for $165 inc GST.
