·         ACI Security maintains a customer database in which we use to adequately service our customers and send promotional material relating to ACI Security and the security industry only.

·         Your details from this database may be provided to our preferred marketing company, or to a financial institution in order to confirm credit card/ credit reference approval.

·         Your personal information will not, except where the law states otherwise, be provided to any other 3rd party for marketing and promotional purposes without your prior written approval, consistent with the National Privacy Principles and in accordance with these.

·         ACI Security Solutions will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information kept is accurate and complete. If we find discrepancies in the system one of our ACI staff will contact you to verify your record.

·         If you wish to have your details removed from our system please contact helpdesk@acisecurity.com.au

·         Individuals can access the information that ACI Security Solutions holds on them in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

·         If an individual believes the information we hold on them is not accurate they have the right to apply to ACI Security Solutions to have that information corrected.

From time to time it may be necessary for us to revise our privacy policy. Any changes will be in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles. Legal Jurisdiction 
ACI Security Solutions operates under the laws and regulations of the State of New South Wales. Therefore any legal disputes will be conducted in courts or tribunals situated in New South Wales and under the laws and regulations of New South Wales.
